I hereby authorize Trust Edge Leadership Institute hereinafter referred to as “TELI,” its employees and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of TELI materials to utilize photographs/videos taken of myself, and my name and likenesses, for use in TELI’s print, online and video-based marketing materials, as well as other TELI publications and trainings.I hereby release and hold harmless TELI from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality for myself associated with the images specified above.

I further acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in TELI marketing materials or other TELI publications or advertising. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights or ownership or royalties whatsoever.

I hereby release TELI, its contractors, its employees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of TELI publications, from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
