Flemming Johnson has over 30 years of experience leading change through organizational transitions, leadership changes, and business strategy adjustments. He has held leadership roles in Engineering and Human Resources at Fortune

500 Companies in the Public Utility, Consumer Products Manufacturing, and Business Services industries. He has transformed business functions and processes during mergers, acquisitions, business expansions and downturns, facility closures, taking a privately held company public, and nurturing organizational growth in a start-up enterprise. Flemming utilizes the coaching approach to define and achieve desired results, enabling individuals and teams to develop a solution-oriented mindset to address challenging objectives and achieve exemplary results. Before his career in business. Flemming served in the US Navy, Submarine Service where he rose to leadership roles while serving aboard the USS Gato (SSN 615). Flemming has engaged within his community by serving as Assistant Scoutmaster and Eagle Scout Advisor with the Boy Scouts of America and as a leader in his church. He also serves on the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army of Greensboro, NC. Flemming enjoys serving with others to make things better and help others succeed.

Flemming holds a BS in Biology and Chemistry from the University of the State of New York. He received Nuclear Engineering training while serving in the Navy. During his career in Corporate Human Resources, he also achieved credentials as a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) and designation as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). Flemming is always reading and learning to understand and engage in the current business environment and human discourse.
